Robert Goodall is the President and Founder of Canadian Mortgage Capital Corporation ("CMCC"), a major mortgage brokerage company with well-established lending and mortgage servicing operations. CMCC’s head office is in downtown Toronto, and the company has branch offices in Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver. Mr. Goodall is also CEO of Atrium Mortgage Investment Corporation (Atrium MIC), a major non-bank lender, which has assets of approximately $450 million and is publicly traded on the TSX under the symbol "AI". For the fifteen year period from 1996 to 2011, CMCC arranged financing on over $6 billion of real estate in Ontario. From 1997 to 1999, CMCC also had the exclusive mandate to originate mortgages, and manage the existing mortgage portfolio of a Toronto based trust company. Prior to founding CMCC, Mr. Goodall spent seven years with Royal Trust, where the last three years were served as National Managing Director of the Real Estate Finance Group for a portfolio of $1.4 billion in commercial and multi- residential real estate loans. The Real Estate Finance Group had offices in Toronto, Montreal and western Canada. Mr. Goodall is a trustee of Dream Office REIT and Dream Industrial REIT, and director of a registered charity, Jump Math. Mr. Goodall has an HBA from the Ivey Business School, and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.

Andrew Woods joined CMCC in 2014. Mr. Woods is responsible for the day-to- day operations of CMCC's Equity Funds including deal underwriting, asset management, capital raising and investor reporting. Mr. Woods attained his MBA degree from the DeGroote School of Business in 2012. Prior to joining CMCC, he worked at a family office investment firm specializing in arbitrage securities strategies and value-add real estate opportunities. Mr. Woods has an undergraduate degree from Queen's University where he majored in Economics.

Bram Rothman specializes in sourcing mortgage loan and equity joint venture opportunities in Ontario. In his 10 years’ experience with the company, he has arranged over $1 billion of debt and equity transactions on development/construction projects and income producing properties. Prior to working for Atrium, he worked as an analyst for a major commercial real estate services company. Mr. Rothman is licensed under the Financial Services Commission of Ontario as a Mortgage Agent, and he also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Real Property Development from the Schulich School of Business (York University).

Richard Munroe joined Atrium in 2006. During that time, he has placed in excess of $1 billion in term, construction, mezzanine and equity financing across a variety of asset types including residential, retail, office, industrial and hospitality. In addition to sourcing new mortgage investment opportunities, Mr. Munroe is also responsible for the management of a portfolio of third party mortgages serviced by CMSC on behalf of its investor client. Marianne Dobslaw joined Atrium in May, 2014 as Managing Director of British Columbia. Ms. Dobslaw has extensive mortgage banking experience, most recently as a Vice President for ten years at a major private non-bank lender, and before that as Director of GE Capital and Vice President of Citibank Canada. Ms. Dobslaw is licensed by the Real Estate Council of Alberta as a Mortgage Associate, and by the Financial Institutions Commission of British Columbia as a Submortgage Broker. She has a B.Sc. (Civil Engineering) from the University of Alberta, and an MBA from the University of British Columbia. Ms. Dobslaw has over twenty-five years’ experience in residential and commercial mortgage financings throughout Western Canada. She has originated, structured and underwritten a wide range of real estate financings including construction, term, and high-ratio mezzanine and equity participation facilities across all asset classes.
Jeffrey Sherman Chief Financial Officer
Jeffrey D. Sherman has been chief financial officer since 2012. He has had extensive involvement with public and private companies focussing on organization change, risk management, and operational improvement. Mr. Sherman has lectured and conducted executive development and other programs for many organizations including institutes of chartered accountants (now chartered professional accountants) across Canada, the Law Society of Upper Canada, and was an adjunct professor at York University. He has written over 20 books on business, finance and treasury, including Finance and Accounting PolicyPro, Information Technology PolicyPro (guides to governance and internal control), Canadian Treasury Management, and Strategy and Planning Toolkit for Small and Medium Businesses. Mr. Sherman holds a BComm from the University of Toronto, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, is a Certified Investment Manager, and a fellow of CPA Ontario (previously, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario).
Jennifer Scoffield Vice President, Finance
Jennifer Scoffield joined Atrium in 2015. She has extensive experience with both public and private companies in audit, accounting, financial statement preparation and public offerings on Canadian stock exchanges. Ms. Scoffield is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a BComm from Queen’s University.
