Razvan Vulcu, CPA

Razvan Vulcu joined Canadian Mortgage Capital Corporation in January 2021 as a Controller for CMCC Capital Funds. In June 2023, he was promoted to Vice President of Finance. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the financial reporting, tax and treasury functions of Canadian Mortgage Capital Corporation, Atrium MIC and CMCC Capital Funds.

Prior to joining CMCC, Razvan worked at PwC Canada for over 4 years, developed strong experience in financial reporting under complex accounting standards and internal controls designed to mitigate risk as well as audit and due diligence.

Razvan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queens University and is a qualified CPA.
