Richard Munroe

Richard was appointed President of Canadian Mortgage Capital Corporation and Atrium MIC in February 2024, and Chief Operating Officer in February 2022. Prior to these appointments, Richard held progressively more senior roles as part of the company’s origination team since joining in 2006.

In his current role as COO, Richard is primarily responsible for supporting the origination team, with a focus on sourcing and managing equity investments and lending opportunities.

Richard has a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University and is licensed under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario as Mortgage Agent Level 2.
