Tapas Kolte, CFA

As AVP, Investments & Asset Management at CMCC Capital Funds, Tapas is responsible for analyzing new equity investments, managing active real estate projects and overseeing investor relations for the equity funds. Tapas works with real estate developers to ensure successful execution of CMCC Capital Funds real estate projects and also manages communication with investors and provides quarterly reports on existing funds.

Prior joining CMCC in 2020, Tapas conducted strategic investment analysis in his role as a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst in a $3 Billion conglomerate.

Tapas holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter, a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Engineering.
